Experience an encampment of historical reenactors representing the many eras of America’s history during this free educational and family-friendly event at Frankenmuth River Place Shops! Visit and tour military camps ranging from the French & Indian War through the Revolutionary War, and shop at historical vendors. This free family event takes place July 16 and 17!
Activities and events include flag-raising ceremonies, fashion shows with military uniforms on display, musical concerts, authentic battle skirmishes and demonstrations featuring cannons, artillery and weapons. Catch a glimpse of realistic daily camp life and guard duty in the encampments spread throughout the east side of Frankenmuth River Place Shops and the Bavarian Inn Lodge grounds.
